500g all-purpose flour 80g sugar 10g instant yeast 3 eggs 180ml warm milk 90g soft butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg yolk (for brushing)

Step 1 – Prepare the Dough In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 5 minutes until foamy. Step 2 – Mix Ingredients Add eggs, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. Step 3 – Add Butter Gradually add softened butter while kneading the dough. Continue kneading for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Step 4 – First Rise Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size. Step 5 – Shape the Brioche Punch down the dough and divide it into 3 equal sections. Braid them together or shape into balls. Step 6 – Second Rise Place the dough into a baking pan and let it rise again for 40 minutes. Step 7 – Bake Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
